SAMURA — a team of professionals who create uniquely designed, high-end knives. We started our journey in 2003. We made our first product lines with the Japanese companies MAC and Mcusta. Japanese philosophy and traditions run deep in our DNA. We are absolutely sure that a Japanese knife cuts better than a European one. Japanese knives remain sharper longer and retain their edges longer.
Samura has been making its knives at production sites in four countries since 2010. We are currently producing 18 knife lines and a huge number of kitchen accessories. We use the best modern materials for the handle: Micarta, G10, stabilised wood, plastic with a soft-touch coating, Kraton, and composites.

Mo-V Stonewash
This series combines elements of the Japanese expertise developed over the centuries, one of which is the leaf-shaped blade geometry that provides the maximum length of the cutting edge, allows easy sharpening and withstands heavy workloads. A special stonewash coating provides an extra level of hardness to the blade and makes it more matte and rougher.
All Mo-V Stonewash knives come with a hygienic metallic bolster that separates the blade from an oval handle that is also heat and moisture resistant.
Smooth blade slopes and robust construction are the key features of these versatile knives.
A classic European handle made of extra durable G-10 fiberglass material adds another degree of control and allows users to maintain a confident grip at all times.
Premium steel quality is ultra hard and sharp, making the Mo-V Stonewash series very reliable for a wide range of kitchen activities.
The materials used for the creation of this series are stain resistant.
SM-0040B - The MO-V Stonewash kitchen hatcher is an effective tool for power work. Its wide blade can easily cope with small bones, tendons, cartilage and muscle tissue. With the help of a professional axe Samura MO-V Stonewash can chop chicken, turkey or rabbit into pieces, fish on steaks. The same simple occupation will be the separation of the fish head.
The large sharpening angle (40 degrees), the thoughtful geometry of the sharp blade and the massiveness greatly facilitate the hard work. A comfortable oval handle provides absolute control over the process.
